Our membership blends traditional and functional medicine, offering a hybrid approach to healthcare. We focus on preventative care, root-cause analysis, and evidence-based treatments while still addressing acute and chronic conditions with modern medical solutions. 

While we still address urgent and chronic medical concerns, our functional  approach digs deeper to uncover the root causes of symptoms. We focus on hormone balance, gut health, nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and personalized wellness strategies alongside conventional treatments. 

No, we are a fee-based office. This model allows us to spend more time with you and provide a higher quality, personalized visit. However, we do accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), which can cover the entire cost of your visit. After your appointment, we can provide you with an itemized statement (often called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. 

Initial lab work is not included in monthly membership fees. The first set of labs is part of the Comprehensive Wellness Assessment, which is a one-time investment of $399 and includes your in-office fasting blood draw, results review, and personalized wellness plan.  Routine follow-up lab work is included.

Yes, if you require hormone therapy (HRT), our Premier Membership provides comprehensive care, including medications, lab monitoring, and ongoing support. However, if you only need wellness optimization, our Boost or Signature Membership may be a better fit. 

Yes, we encourage open communication. For non-urgent questions or updates, you can reach out to us via email or phone. More complex concerns may require scheduling an appointment. 

We require a 3-month initial commitment for all memberships. Why? Because hormone optimization and wellness take time—most patients start seeing real changes within a few months. After the initial period, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
